xBaby is a boutique agency: small by design, personal by conviction. We work with fewer families so every surrogate has one dedicated case manager who actually knows her life. Every intended parent gets real attention during matching. And nobody gets rushed toward the finish line, because this isn’t a pipeline. It’s a relationship.
That belief shapes our business, down to decisions that are usually invisible to clients. We don’t collect our agency fee until after a surrogate’s medical records have been reviewed and you’ve decided to move forward, because intended parents have already taken on enough risk, and we don’t want to add to it. We know surrogates have a life, a job, kids, and a schedule that doesn’t pause for this process. So we don’t ask you to fit into ours.

A member of the xBaby team will always be there to support both the surrogate and intended parents during delivery, at no additional cost. We believe one of life’s most meaningful moments deserves experienced guidance and a familiar face to help make the experience as smooth and memorable as possible.
You shouldn’t have to make a financial commitment before knowing you’ve found the right match. That’s why we don’t collect agency fees until your surrogate’s medical records have been reviewed and both parties have completed a successful match call. It gives everyone confidence before taking the next step.
