- Initial Phase Coverage:
$250,000 Covering the initial, 4-month period of your journey before transfer
- Primary Journey Coverage:
$750,000 Covering the 18-month duration of pregnancy AND a 12-month extension for surrogacy related complications
- Contingency support and compensation for unforeseen medical procedures or situations

SURROGATE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
At xBaby Surrogacy, your health, safety, and well-being are at the heart of everything we do. To ensure a positive and safe surrogacy experience for everyone, we have clear requirements designed with care and compassion.
See if you qualify to begin your surrogacy journey with xBaby Surrogacy:
- You are between 21 and 42 years of age
- You have a body mass index (BMI) under 33
- You are a U.S. citizen and a current resident of a surrogate-friendly state (note: we are unable to work with applicants from Nebraska or Louisiana)
- You have a history of healthy pregnancies
- You have carried at least one own child to term, and are actively parenting them
- You maintain a healthy lifestyle
- You are not enrolled in government aid programs like cash assistance or public housing
- You must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
