The most rewarding referrals come from friends and family who understand the heart of a surrogate. We’re looking for compassionate, healthy, and committed moms who:

are between 21 and 42 years of age
have a body mass index (BMI) under 33
are a U.S. citizen and a current resident of a surrogate-friendly state(note: we are unable to work with applicants from Nebraska or Louisiana)
have a history of healthy pregnancies
have carried at least one own child to term, and are actively parenting them
maintain a healthy lifestyle
are not enrolled in government aid programs like cash assistance or public housing
are able to pass a comprehensive background check

As soon as your referral completes our initial application and screening calls and is officially accepted into our program, you receive a $50 gift card as a token of our appreciation.

MATCHED WITH INTENDED PARENT(S)

When your referral is successfully matched with their intended parents, a huge step in the journey, you receive an additional $150.

REMAINING REWARD

COMPLETES MEDICAL & LEGAL CLEARNACE

The final and largest reward is paid once your referral has fully cleared all medical screenings and legal contracts, and is cleared for embryo transfer. You will receive the remaining amount, completing your total reward.
